Since 2022 we have been increasing our involvement in Community
Research as Gorleston had virtually no take up of medical research, which in turn means that results in trials and practices
do not take into account our community’s needs. This year we have taken this a step forward to join with Feathers Futures and
Pro Community to become the Great Yarmouth Research Hub, working with the Integrated Care System (NHS ICS) and National Institute
of Health and Care Research, to proactively get studies out to our communities and other voluntary sector partners.
